Join us for the 7th Annual RUN, White and Blue 5K and Fun Run to kick off the 2023 Bastrop Patriotic Festival hosted by the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce!

The course is USATF certified.
Bastrop celebrates Independence Day with an Annual Patriotic Festival, which kicks off with a 1K Fun Run and then a certified 5K race. Runners are invited to stay for the entire day. The Patriotic Festival opens at noon with a Water Wonderland, kid’s activities, eating contests, stilt walkers, a petting zoo, tons of awesome food, and live music all day. At dusk, there are the most amazing FIREWORKS in Central Texas!
The RUN, White and Blue 5K is a fast and flat run through historic downtown Bastrop. Start and finish are located at Fisherman's Park along the banks of the Colorado River in Bastrop, TX. All runners should plan to be at the start line no later than 7:50 am for the 1K Fun Run and 8:05 am for the 5K.
Awards
Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female race winners for the 5K.
Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group for the 5K: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
No duplication of awards.
